Product Overview
The Amphenol SurLok Plus EMI Version is an 8.0mm compression lug designed for field installation, offering a highly reliable alternative to traditional compression lugs. It features EMI shielding, making it suitable for Electric Vehicle (EV) and Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) markets and applications. Utilizing industry-standard crimp, screw, and busbar termination options, it eliminates the need for special torque tools. The SurLok Plus is environmentally sealed and incorporates a quick lock and press-to-release design. It is built with RADSOK Technology, specifically the R4 version, which uses a stamped and formed, high conductivity alloy grid to achieve low insertion forces while maintaining a large conductive surface area. This product line is compact, quick mating, and robust, with optional HVIL functionality.
